Great contribution, I consume it here every morning with Maca and collagen.

Cool, I also use maca, although I alternate them depending on how I feel. If I used maca, I usually “feel done” :slight_smile:

For me, moringa works as a super (natural) stimulant, maca as food.

I mention that they are usually contraindicated for those with thyroid dysregulation.

To heal that, you have to go to stronger plants; traditional medicine only patches and sells.
